Don and Helen Capps lost their home on Pennsylvania Street in the May 22 tornado.  There were home when the tornado struck and, like many Joplin and Duquesne residents, when it passed their home was gone. “It’s a much told story, you know – after 79 years of living look what I got now, I have nothing,” Don says.  “My wife felt the same way I know and she started crying...

Our country’s birthday is just hours away and what better way to honor those who serve to defend our independence than with a free car wash. From 7:30 tomorrow morning until 9:00 at night, In And Out Car Wash will be providing all military veterans with free car washes, usually costing 12 dollars a wash. In and out has been showing its appreciation to vets for a number of years on 4th of July...
